What Is Your Return Policy?
We want you to love your Mud Pie purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund with proof of purchase from mudpie.com.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- New and unused
- Unwashed, unworn, and unaltered
- Returned with original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging with all included components
Please note that FINAL SALE items and personalized products are not eligible for return.
To start a return, please submit a request using the form below. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a return authorization form and prepaid shipping label.
After your return is received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the return is delivered to our warehouse.
Return Fee:
A flat $7 Return Processing Fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping and handling costs.
