If you are not happy with your Mud Pie purchase, we will accept a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund with a proof of purchase from mudpie.com.
We will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included. Returned items must not be used, washed, worn, or altered. Items noted as FINAL SALE and/or personalized items from www.mudpie.com are not eligible for return.

- Please include your reason for return, items returning by SKU number and Order Number (SKU numbers can be found on your invoice documentation that was emailed to you).
- Once the return form has been submitted, please allow an estimated 24 business hours for your request to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email back with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
