Our warehouse works off an automated system, once your order has gone into processing we cannot edit or cancel the order.

- Orders requested to be cancelled or edited after business hours will not be received until the following business day
- Order processing hours vary from office hours and can result in the order not being able to be caught before going into processing
- If you need to adjust the shipping address for an order, this will need to be completed after your order has shipped and FedEx has marked the package as 'In Transit'. At that time, please reach out to us via the form above, live chat, or email for assistance in rerouting the package with FedEx.
- Promo codes cannot be added to an order after the order has gone into processing
