How Do I Cancel or Change My Order?

Because our warehouse uses an automated fulfillment system, orders begin processing quickly after they are placed. Once an order enters processing, we’re unable to edit or cancel it.

Please keep in mind:

  • Requests submitted after business hours will be reviewed on the next business day
  • Processing hours may differ from customer service office hours
  • Some orders may begin processing before we’re able to receive your request

If your order has not yet entered processing, we’ll do our best to assist.

 

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

If your order has already entered processing, we’re unable to update the shipping address.

 

Can I Add a Promo Code After Placing My Order?

Promo codes cannot be added or applied once an order has entered processing.
