Once your return has been received back into our facility, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and your refund to show back on your original form of payment.
Helpful Hints:
- Keep your return shipping label's tracking number to see when your return has arrived at our facility
- Do not include unauthorized items with your return as this prolongs the process with our returns team and may require additional information from you in order to process
- Print and include a copy of your RMA form with your package to assist us in processing your refund as quickly as possible
