I think my package has been lost or stolen. What should I do?

Once an order leaves the Mud Pie warehouse and is in the hands of the shipping company, Mud Pie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we would advise: 

  • Checking with all neighbors
  • Checking all entrances and surrounding areas 
  • Verifying your 'Ship To' address on your order confirmation email was provided to us correctly
  • Allowing 24hrs for a package to arrive at the destination after it is marked as delivered with FedEx
  • Reaching out to FedEx directly for assistance
