I received a notification email that an item on my order was not able to be fulfilled. What does this mean?


In unique cases, an item may be listed as in stock; however, due to popularity and multiple customers ordering the same product at the same time, the product may sell out before your order is processed.

If this occurs, someone from our Customer Care Team will contact you in order to notify you that this item was canceled from your order. You will not be charged for the item we are unable to fulfill.
