What do I do if I received an item(s) I did not order?

Please provide in the 'How can we assist you?' area: 

  • Your Mud Pie order number
  • Item number(s) of the item(s) received in error 
  • Item number(s) of the item(s) you ordered and have not received
  • Photo of the shipping label on the box this item arrived in (we use some information on this label to look into this with our warehouse team)

Once we have all of this information, we will begin looking into the situation with our warehouse team and offer a resolution within 24-48hrs! We appreciate your patience and understanding.
